Company Policy on Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

To ensure a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining operational efficiency,
SimFlightKL has established the following policies on refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
These policies are designed to provide clarity, fairness, and flexibility while safeguarding the
company’s ability to deliver quality services effectively.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or in the case of a No-Show.
  • If a cancellation is due to technical difficulties caused by SimFlightKL, a refund will be
    provided.
  • The refund process may take between 14 to 31 business days, subject to the provision of
    necessary details.

    Rescheduling Policy
  • SimFlightKL reserves the right to delay or reschedule the booking time if necessary.
  • Clients are entitled to one free reschedule to a different date, provided a minimum of 48
    hours (2 days) notice is given before the booking day.
  • Any additional reschedule requests will incur a charge of at least 25% of the original
    booking amount.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours (2 days) of the booking day will be subject to a charge of at
    least 50% of the booking amount.
  • Late-Show: Clients arriving late may be allowed to reschedule based on slot availability,
    subject to a fine of at least 50% of the booking amount.
  • If no updates or rescheduling requests are made by the end of the business day, the
    booking will be deemed canceled (refer to the Cancellation Policy).

    Cancellation Policy
  • A No-Show will be determined if the client fails to arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled
    time. If no updates are provided by the end of the business day, the booking will be
    considered canceled, and no refund will be issued (refer to the Refund Policy).
  • Cancellations made by SimFlightKL will qualify for a refund (refer to the Refund Policy).
    These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our clients while
    allowing SimFlightKL to operate efficiently and deliver high-quality service. If you have any concerns
